Ses fonctions sont d\u00e9taill\u00e9es par le d\u00e9cret n\u00b0 2019-349, fixant les attributions du Ministre des Finances et l&rsquo;organisation de l&rsquo;administration centrale de son D\u00e9partement. Le Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral est assist\u00e9 par un Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral Adjoint et un Conseiller technique. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Elle comprend neuf (9) directions centrales, quatorze (15) directions r\u00e9gionales et un service, d\u2019information, de renseignements et bureau d\u2019ordre, rattach\u00e9 au Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span Ses fonctions sont d\u00e9taill\u00e9es par le <\/span><b>d\u00e9cret n<\/b><b>\u00b0<\/b><b> 2019-349,<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">fixant les attributions du Ministre des Finances et l&rsquo;organisation de l&rsquo;administration centrale de son D\u00e9partement. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Elle occupe une place centrale parmi les institutions du Minist\u00e8re des Finances de par sa contribution aux politiques mon\u00e9taires et \u00e9conomiques de l\u2019\u00c9tat \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 son r\u00f4le ex\u00e9cutif des activit\u00e9s de l\u2019\u00c9tat.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Notre mission\u00a0:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La Direction G\u00e9n\u00e9rale du Tr\u00e9sor et de la Comptabilit\u00e9 Publique est charg\u00e9e de :\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019ex\u00e9cution en recettes et en D\u00e9penses du Budget de l\u2019Etat et de la Centralisation des Comptes ;\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019\u00e9laboration des r\u00e8gles de la Comptabilit\u00e9 Publique\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La recherche et la gestion des moyens de tr\u00e9sorerie ;\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La tenue des comptes de la Caisse des D\u00e9p\u00f4ts et Consignations ;\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La tenue de la Caisse des Retraites, des collectivit\u00e9s locales, des \u00e9tablissements publics et des particuliers ;\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La gestion du portefeuille de l\u2019Etat.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Notre organisation\u00a0:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La Direction G\u00e9n\u00e9rale du Tr\u00e9sor et de la Comptabilit\u00e9 Publique est dirig\u00e9e par un Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral qui est Tr\u00e9sorier G\u00e9n\u00e9ral et Comptable Principal de l\u2019Etat. Le Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral est assist\u00e9 par un Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral Adjoint et un Conseiller technique.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La Direction G\u00e9n\u00e9rale du Tr\u00e9sor et de la Comptabilit\u00e9 Publique comprend neuf (9) directions centrales, quatorze (15) directions r\u00e9gionales et un service rattach\u00e9 au Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral (Le service de l\u2019information, renseignements et bureau d\u2019ordre).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0et le r\u00e9seau des comptables publics qui lui est rattach\u00e9 qui comprend notamment trois (3) paieries.
